SENATE BILL NO. 84 "An Act relating to fees for identification                 
cards and certain motor vehicle licenses and permits; to licenses              
issued to drivers and to revocation of a license to drive; and                 
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 84 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                 
and placed on final passage.  Senator Adams objected.  Senator                 
Taylor withdrew his motion.
