Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 84 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Adams objected. Senator Taylor withdrew his motion. Senator Little offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 6, line 15 Delete 5 Insert 15 Senator Little moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
